Certificate Overview
This one-day foundation course provides an overview of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
and the ISO 9001:2015 standard. It focuses on practical understanding of QMS concepts, quality principles, and clause intent, enabling participants to appreciate how ISO 9001 supports
business performance and customer satisfaction. The course supports learners pursuing roles
such as quality professionals, internal auditors, supplier auditors, management system auditors, and professionals seeking CQI-IRCA certification pathways.
Exam Requirements
Online Examination will need to be sat under controlled conditions at a PDI accredited centre.
