Certificate Overview
The Qualified Board Member (QBM) certification is an advanced qualification designed to prepare individuals to become effective and competent members of boards of directors, whether in private companies or public institutions. This certification provides participants with in-depth knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, financial analysis, legal responsibilities, transparency, and digital transformation—enabling them to make strategic decisions that support the sustainability and growth of organizations.
It targets individuals who are members of boards of directors or aspire to become active board members. The certification equips them with advanced academic knowledge and practical skills to enhance board performance, improve governance processes, and develop a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of board members.
Exam Requirements
Online Examination will need to be sat under controlled conditions at a PDI accredited centre.
