This program provides participants with essential knowledge and practical skills to conducteffective internal audits of Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001:2015. The coursecombines theoretical understanding of QMS requirements with hands-on auditing techniques,enabling participants to plan, execute, and report internal audits that drive organizationalimprovement and ensure compliance. Participants will gain competence in audit principles,evidence gathering, nonconformity identification, and corrective action verification, supportingtheir organization’s journey toward operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Explain the seven Quality Management Principles and their application in organizations.

Interpret ISO 9001:2015 requirements (Clauses 4-10) in an audit context.
Plan and prepare internal audits including scope, objectives, and audit criteria.
Conduct effective audit interviews and gather objective evidence.
Identify conformity, nonconformity, and opportunities for improvement.
Write clear, concise audit reports and nonconformity statements.
Facilitate opening and closing meetings with auditees.

Eligibility requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a degree from a recognized educational organization.
- Have professional experience in the field.
- Sit for and pass the certification examination.
- Adhere to the Professional Development Institute (PDI) Code of Ethics.
Exam Requirements
Online Examination will need to be sat under controlled conditions at a PDI accredited centre.
- 70% passing grade
- Exam available in a range of different languages
- 3 Hours duration
- The examination is offered in multiple languages to support international candidates.
- All candidates are required to sit for their exam at an accredited PDI Test Centre.
- The exam duration is (3) hours.
- Each exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
