Certificate Overview
The Certified Executive Manager (CEM) qualification has been developed by the Professional Development Institute (PDI) in the United Kingdom (UK). It aims to prepare and enhance senior leadership and managerial competencies, enabling participants to step into executive positions. This is achieved by equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills that strengthen their ability in strategic planning, decision-making, team management, and achieving organizational outcomes efficiently and effectively, in line with the latest global leadership and management concepts.
Exam Requirements
Online Examination will need to be sat under controlled conditions at a PDI accredited centre.

- Exam available in a range of different languages
- 3 Hours duration
