Certificate Overview
This program provides a comprehensive understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, together with the principles and practices of auditing management systems in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021. The program is designed to develop both conceptual understanding of QMS principles and ISO 9001 requirements, and practical auditing competence required to plan, conduct, report, and follow up audits. The course supports learners pursuing roles such as quality professionals, internal auditors, supplier auditors, management system auditors, and professionals seeking CQI-IRCA certification pathways.
Exam Requirements
Online Examination will need to be sat under controlled conditions at a PDI accredited centre.
